*Manage and resolve all kinds of daily operational issues.

*Cover cashier/drinks stall assistant duties.

*Ensure daily sales are accurate and timely reconciliation is done.

*Manage all f&b inventories and do ordering timely.

*Source & purchase f&b equipments.

*Record water and electricity usage for all tenants every month end.

*Ensure prompt collection of rental payment from tenants.

*Work closely with tenants on their operational needs.

*Source for tenants and handling the renting process for any empty stalls.

Any other duties assigned by Superiors.

Pre-requisites:

Able to communicate well in Mandarin and English.

Computer literacy including MS Word and Excel.

Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues.

Ability to foster positive working relationships.

Preferably someone with at least 1 year

Experience working in F&B sector preferred.

Attention to detail, ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently.

Salary commensurate with experience

• Able to handle a class of 10-15 primary students, training provided
• Subjects: EMS or EMCS
• Flexible working schedule based on your availability
• Weekdays only 2.30pm to 6pm
• 10 mins walk from admiralty MRT
• Students are welcome to apply
