10. Inventory Management: Assist in forecasting demand, procuring stock, organizing storage, tracking inventory movements, analyzing data for optimization, and ensuring accuracy in recording transactions.

• Contribute to defining the strategic direction of uSMART Singapore by analyzing strategic priorities, competitor performance, operational performance, innovations, markets, etc. from various internal and external sources.
• Manage and support the strategic planning process across the business.
• Consult and collaborate with senior management on strategic priorities to ensure the direction is well thought and integrated across all aspects of the business.
• Lead the execution of cross-functional strategic initiatives and otherwise support the business in the delivery of such initiatives by other business functions.
