What you'll do:

As an Assistant Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Commercial Banking Division’s Business units. - Regularly monitor project progress on-site.

- Prepare detailed progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved and potential delays.

- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely completion.

4) Functional Test Report Generation:

- Assist in conducting functional tests for various project components.

- Document test results accurately and generate comprehensive reports.

- Share findings with relevant team members for corrective actions.

5) Collection and Documentation:

- Collect relevant data, including updates due to variations (VOs) or design changes.

- Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

- Support project managers in organizing and archiving essential project information.

6) Assistance with Third-Party Issues:

- Collaborate with external parties (third-party contractors, consultants, etc.) to address any project-related challenges.

- Ensure smooth coordination and resolution of issues.

7) Assistance with Requests for Information (RFI) and Client Submissions:

- Assist in preparing and submitting RFIs to clients.

- Facilitate timely communication between the project team and the client.

- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.

8) Faulty Components Tracking and Replacement Arrangement:

- Monitor the condition of project components and identify faulty items.

- Coordinate replacement arrangements promptly to minimize disruptions.

- Maintain an inventory of replacement parts.

9) Documentation Support and Problem-Solving:

- Prepare and organize all project-related documentation.

- Address day-to-day challenges that arise during construction.

- Collaborate with team members to find practical solutions.

10) Process Improvement and Client Service Enhancement:

Working Hours

Full-Time: Based on-site.

Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 days per week).

Job Description

• Handle shipping Import & Export Sea Freight / Air Freight documentations.
• Shipment advice & full set of shipping documents to buyer via email upon vessel/flight departure.
• Arrange custom clearance and declare permits
• Liaise with clients on shipment issues
• Other administration duties as and when assigned.

Requirement:

• Must have previous experience in shipping/logistics sector or boarding officer
• No need to report office if not scheduled for work
• Must be okay to work odd hours
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse individuals and stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information accurately.
• Ability to work in high-pressure situations and make sound decisions quickly.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for documentation and reporting purposes.
