Job Description:

- Prepare tender/quotation submissions.

- Prepare claims and photo report submissions.

- Coordinate with site supervisors for photos & final quantity needed for claim submissions.

- Source and obtain quotations from subcontractors/suppliers for tenders & projects.

- 5.5 days work week (Mon - Sat)

Requirement:

- Good communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel.

- Willing to learn.

- Able to work independently, be meticulous, a good team player.

- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cost calculations and reporting.

You will be assisting the Manager to arrange meetings and coordinating schedules.

You will be working remotely and online, so you will need to take initiative and work independantly.

This is a part time positon with high hourly rate and bouns for good job performance.
