Education

Experience

Task & Responsibilities

• Full comprehension of Da Paolo Food & Beverage Menu
• Tasks responsibility with the Restaurant / General Manager for meeting budget goals;
• Task responsibility with the Restaurant / General Manager for ensuring that quality standards for food and beverage production and service to guests are constantly maintained
• To protect and positively promote the culture of Da Paolo Group through a world class standard of service
• To demonstrate the Da Paolo's ideal by ensuring the restaurant set up, running and closedown consistently meets our world class standards. Responsible for the daily outlet opening and closing

Job Descriptions

• Manage incoming calls, emails and correspondence by responding or redirecting them as appropriate.
• Assist in coordinating office communications, both internal and external.
• Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations and other materials as needed.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
• Provide administrative support for ad-hoc projects as required.

Job Requirements

• Nearest MRT: Serangoon MRT Interchange (CC13 and NE12)
• Min. Diploma in Administration or equivalent, or demonstrable experience of related role.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
• Knowledge of basic office equipment and filing systems.

Purchasing Assistant

• "O" Level with at least 2 years of working experience
• Competent in Microsoft Excel and Words
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with English / Chinese speaking associates
• Prefer staff who stay in Ang Mo Kio or East area
• Navision knowledge will be an added advantage
• Any other work assigned by supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• To assist in engineering projects, manufacturing and assembly works.
• To assist in the production, testing and qualification of company products and its peripherals.
• To administer technical documentation (schematics/mechanical drawing/user manuals) for engineering and company projects.
• To provide installation and support for engineering projects, including field services to customer (local & overseas)

Skills & Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering.
• Fresh graduates and/or those with relevant experience in motor control and sensors control are welcome to apply
• Willingness to learn and implement changes to improve work processes.
