Job Requirements:

• Expertise in quantum error correction (Master level or equivalent experience).
• Industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with quantum computing applications is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Quantum Error Correction (QEC) team to develop fault-tolerant quantum algorithms.
• Work with commercial and applications teams to identify relevant quantum computing use-cases.
• Build prototype solutions and assess potential quantum advantages.
• Working with the team to build, test, and benchmark different components of Entropica’s technology stack;

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who has a strong passion to identify and validate novel molecular targets, biomarkers, and therapeutic drugs in vitro and in vivo disease models against neurodegeneration in our Neural Stem Cell Research Laboratory of National Neuroscience Institute of Singapore (Novena Campus).

The laboratory focuses on the elucidating the molecular mechanisms the underlie the miRNA-mediated neurodegeneration; developing potential biomarkers with therapeutic applications in neurological disorders; characterizing pathological features of neurodegenerative diseases in different disease models, including patient iPSCs-derived cerebral organoids and transgenic mouse models.

Applicants with relevant background in molecular genetics, neural stem cells, miRNA biology, drug development or related fields are invited to apply. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, are passionate about research and be able to work in an interdisciplinary environment.

Job Requirements

• PHD in Life Sciences with wet laboratory experience, majoring in Genetics / Biochemistry & Cellular Biology / Neuroscience/ Pharmacology or related discipline.
• Experiences with mouse work would be strongly preffered.
• Previous experience with stem cell biology, gene edition, multiplex, and bioinformatics data analysis would be added advantages.
• Good writing (including manuscript and grant writing), presentation and communication skills.
