As a R&D Sous Chef, you will work closely with the management and quality assurance department to develop new recipes and refine taste profiles through experimentation for B2B customer – Café, Education, Catering and Retail products. Responsibilities include:

Minimum qualifications

2. Hands-on experience including: metal design and fabrication, using hand tools (non-powered and powered), minor repairs and maintenance of equipment, day-to-day troubleshooting of machinery/equipment.

3. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to communicate with other team members and workers.

4. Software knowledge: MS Office, Google Docs, Autodesk (Fusion).

Job Description

An internship position for a student with manufacturing, chemical and/or mechanical background to obtain training in research and development, operations of demonstration plant, workplace health and safety in manufacturing environment for sustainable waste management.

Intern’s duties include:
