Join us in our Singapore office as an Executive Assistant supporting the high-performing Equities business across Sales, Sales Trading and Research within Macquarie Capital.

What role will you play?
Working in a fast-paced and close-knit team environment, you will support executives and members of the team on extensive inbox and diary management as well as being responsible for arranging internal and external meetings and overseeing video calls, which includes managing the waiting room, agenda, participants, and presentations when required. In addition to managing domestic and international travel arrangements including accommodation, visas, client entertainment and expense claims, you will regularly interact with clients and their assistants to coordinate conference calls with international offices and across different time zones. You will also have the opportunity to support logistical coordination and execution of a variety of Corporate Access activities, both virtually and physically, including but not limited to Roadshows, Conference Calls, Bespoke Events, Group Tours and Conferences.
What you offer
· Minimum of 5 years’ experience providing executive assistant support within the professional services industry
· Proven track record in providing seamless executive and team support in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to adopt a proactive approach and fully understand the nature of the business and priorities within the team while maintaining a high level of discretion, confidentiality, professionalism, and exceptional attention to detail
· Strong organisational, planning, and multi-tasking skills with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities
· A natural collaborator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
