Prof Mary Chan-Park is currently the Centre Director of the Centre for RNA Delivery Therapeutics. She is also the current President Chair Professor of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (2024 onwards) and the 2019 Board of Trustees Chaired Professor of Chemical and Biomedical Engineering (2019-2024), both at the Nanyang Technological University Singapore (NTU Singapore). She also holds a joint appointment at the Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine at NTU. She is the Director of the Centre for Antimicrobial Bioengineering and the Director of the NTU Laboratory for RNA Delivery Therapeutics. The Centre has launched the “Digital Healthcare Transformation (DHT) Initiative,” a multi-year program to boost public-private partnerships in digital health, data, and AI. This initiative complements the Global Health Equity Network (GHEN), which promotes health equity and patient-centred system transformation.

Singapore, a leader in healthcare delivery and equity due to its investment in digital health, will be highlighted as a World Economic Forum Centre for Health and a Healthcare Country Lighthouse. Job Description

The Fellowship role will manage projects and provide expertise on Health Equity, access to care, and social determinants of health. The Fellow will support the Forum’s work in developing Singapore as a Country Lighthouse, conduct research on its health system transformation, and share insights on health equity. He/She will also coordinate with regional working groups and engage with local and global partners, including the Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution (C4IR) Network and the Accelerators Network, and contribute to the Forum's Health Equity strategy and broader global efforts.

The EOS/ASE Coastal Laboratory at NTU is searching for a Research Associate to work under the supervision of Prof Adam Switzer on extreme sea level analysis (ExSL). The successful candidate will analyse an integrated data set and conduct numerical modelling to estimate ExSL events in Singapore. Further to this, they will work on a review of current floating GNSS systems and current measurement techniques. They will also investigate best practices for communicating ExSL potential future impacts in Singapore.
