These are overseeing corporate secretarial requirements, book and record keeping, assisting in the internal/external audit of the fund manager and funds, attending IC meetings, and overseeing preparation of investment minutes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, transaction processing, and accurate record maintenance.
• Fund operation activities for all funds i.e. corporate secretarial matters, capital calls, and distributions etc. especially in relation to the venture capital fund.
• Administration of portfolio entities in accordance with group policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, and administrators to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and audits.
• Ensure all fund related documentation is properly maintained, archived, and easily accessible.
• Assist in all compliance related matters for the company.
