What you'll do:

Conduct Research and Model Development:

• Design and conduct innovative research projects in the field of ophthalmology and healthcare using large language models
• Develop and optimize large language models tailored to address clinical unmed needs
• Explore novel approaches and methodologies to enhance language model capabilities in healthcare contexts
• Communicate research findings through presentations, publications, and collaborative discussions
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in language models contribute to the state-of-the-art knowledge

Data Collection and Analysis:

• Curate and analyze large datasets to train and evaluate language models
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure data quality and relevance

Implementation:

• Implement state-of-the-art techniques to improve model performance and interpretability
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including clinicians, data scientists, and engineers, to integrate language models into practical healthcare solutions

Ethical Considerations:

What you'll need to have:

• A bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science or a related field
