• Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in hospitality-related roles or sales activities involving intangible products is also welcomed.
• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer service.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• A strong passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is must.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to communicate with external parties.

■ Senior Store Associate:

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, with leadership experience in a small team preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Proficiency in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
• A strong passion for fashion and sustainable retail practices is must.
• Proficiency in Mandarin language is required to communicate with external parties.
