Job Description & Responsibilities

The candidate will be attached to the Digital Health Solutions department. He/she will support the project manager in project and operational matters in project execution. In this position, the candidate will gain exposure to the product development life cycle of software as medical device (SaMD), and breadth of medical device projects based on various technologies and disease states.

The job activities include but not limited to the list below:

• Drafting and negotiation of project agreements
• Technology feasibility analysis and business model evaluation
• Generating reports and scenarios supporting project business case
• Compiling and communicating project progress reports with management and collaborators
• Supporting the Project manager in project execution and timeline management
• Support project development activities
• Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff.
• Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the program.

Job Requirements (Qualification and softskills)

A minimum bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent.

Technical Skills

• Some Hands-on experience software engineering and coding
• Some knowledge in ML and or Software development
• Some knowledge of cybersecurity and cloud architectures is a plus
• Knowledge of biomedical field is a plusSoft Skills

Job Description:

• Performs clinical duties and to assist the Consultant in handling patients.
• Manages day-to-day administration of the clinic/practice.
• Blood taking for patients.
• Ensures safety precautions and guidelines are followed accordingly.
• Identify patient care requirement by establishing personal rapport with patients.
• Accountable for the professional and nursing activities so as to ensure high standards of care are constantly maintained as per established SOPs.
• Provides utmost patient care and customer service to the patients and his or her family members.
• Participates and assist in other duties that can benefit the overall performance of the Centre – for example, talks and workshops arranged by the Centre for the patients and potential patients.
• Plans and implements the overall nursing policies, procedures, and services for a unit.
• Maintains nursing staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training clinical staff.
• Ensures that nurses are in competencies, assessments, and training.
• May provide direct patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and evaluating patients.
• Manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
• Ensures that project/goals are met.
• Head the nursing team, deputies for the CM in her absence, train other nurses, ensure standards of nursing team, patient care, patient experience.
• Performs all other duties as assigned by the Centre Manager and/or the Senior Management.

Job Responsibilites:

• Possess Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Post-Basic Diploma is necessary for specific functions within the Centre.
• Minimum 3 years of Fertility experience.
• Good communication skills (both written and verbal) in handling patients in English and Mandarin.
