• Install and/or relocate equipment at customers’ sites. Conduct associated start-up, cut over and check-out activities on the newly installed systems
• Provide warranty tool support or paid service for out-of-warranty tool by performing on-site general preventive maintenance of equipment and attending to equipment abnormalities. Co-ordinate all service actions with customer to minimize downtime or system interruptions

• Monitor clients’ conditions and conduct periodical review of clients’ ICP and conditions.
• Conduct financial counselling and provide advice on the application of government subsidies.
• Collects payments and issues receipts for service delivered.
• Manage hotline (on rotation).
• Assists Doctors during the home visits.
• Develop “Discharge Plan” for clients who do not require the service.
• Conduct health education and talks (To seniors and caregivers in the community)
• Assist caregivers in navigating the eldercare and caregiver landscape and refer the caregivers to the appropriate services.
• Conduct caregiver training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Experience in Home Care service is an advantage.

Senior / Staff Nurse

Responsibilities

• Monitor, reassess and evaluate patient's condition implementing a care plan for the patient and support family members to cope with the patient's advanced illness.
• Communicate and build rapport with patients and their families.
• Maintain proper documentation of patient's condition and accurate collation of data.
• Perform nursing care, such as medication administration and wound dressing as required.
• Follow up to ensure continuity of patient care and treatment plans.
• Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion in matters involving patient care.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Nursing and registered with Singapore Nursing Board
• Preferably with a minimum of 2 years of post-registration experience in a healthcare setting
• Able to perform 3 rotating shift duties
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Meticulous and accurate
