• Carry out nursing procedures in patients' homes, including wound dressing and management, removal of stitches, venepuncture, urinary catheter changes, and other related tasks.
• Ensure continuity of treatment plans for home care patients.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures performed and medications administered.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care for patients.

Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma in Nursing with valid SNB registration
