Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the assessment framework for controller workload, communication and coordination efficiency, and decision making effectiveness when operating under and transitioning from normal and multi-sector planner staffing levels.
• Analyzing and optimizing users' human factor performance to ensure smooth transition between staffing level and effective use of ATM tools.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research to collect user feedback by analyzing bio-signal data or questionnaires.

About The Role

Senior Analyst Fundamental Research Asia Pacific is an operational role and is part of the department Financial Markets Asia/Pacific.

This position is active in providing fundamental research on covered bonds and financial institutions for clients in the capital markets business in Asia/Pacific and Europe.
