GEMS Research Programme Manager (2 years' Contract role)

The SGX Research Team is looking for a Programme Manager who will champion efforts and provide overall support to run an industry-wide research programme grant scheme – Research Grant under the Grant for Equity Market Singapore Scheme (GEMS). The successful candidate will work with Professor Barbaros Oezyilmaz under a project on Spin triplet superconductivity in van der Waals heterostructures.

The successful candidate will be working in state-of-the-art research environment and receive internationally competitive salary packages.

Our group has extensive experience in the fabrication and characterization of van der Waals heterostructures based on magnetic and superconducting layered materials. To support our ongoing work, we are looking for a new team member with extensive experience in low-temperature magneto-transport measurements. The candidate is expected to do research on spin triplet generation and characterization by introducing an additional layer of a magnetic semiconductor into existing heterostructures to realize spin mixing.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Robotics or relevant studies, with at least a total of 15 years working experience in multiples technical development and research roles using in at least one of the following programming languages: C++/C/Java/Python.
• At least 8 years track record in technical research and development of software and applications for on Robotics, Smart Mobility & IOT, Autonomous Driving and Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) software systems such as

The Signature Research Programme in Health Services & Systems Research (“HSSR”) in Duke-NUS Medical School is a centre of academic excellence for research and education on the organisation, funding and delivery of health services. The programme’s focus is on public health and clinical service innovation in an increasingly complex and connected world. The major research focus of HSSR is the organisation and delivery of health and social services in the context of an ageing population. Before Surgery
