Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, M.I.S. or related field

• 2+ years’ experience in HCIT integration using established and contemporary interoperability standards (e.g. HL7, SMRT, FHIR)

• Experience with popular healthcare integration engines with ability to recommend and/or select different integration approaches depending on the desired outcomes for the system

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with project stakeholders from different backgrounds (e.g. technical, clinical)

• Experience integrating with Singapore public hospital technical stack and working with IHIS are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Development of machine reasoning methods.

• Development of causal reasoning tools, including causal inference, counterfactual analysis, causal discovery.

Job Requirements:

• PhD. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years of related work experience
• At least 3 topic-related publications in top-tier journals and conferences, including CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, NeurIPS, ICML, AAAI, TPAMI, IJCV, TIP, TMM.
• Deep understanding of the theory of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision and Causal Inference

The research analyst is expected to have a strong interest in general sustainability and ESG trends, and specific knowledge about the dominant sustainability and ESG issues for selected industries. The analyst will investigate and assess core ESG risks faced by the industries and evaluate performance along the key benchmarks for large publicly traded companies globally.
