Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Senior Admin Officer

Responsibilities:

• Support office operations such as attending to visitors, phone calls, handle incoming/outgoing mails/courier), liaise with Landlord or building management to ensure office daily smooth operations, handle all office maintenance etc.
• Support administration duties (handling drivers’ schedule, organize company events, maintain company intranet, manage company golf membership, update company telephone directory etc.)
• Support office payments (input AP/AR workflows into SAP for non-trade payments, check invoices, check vendor’s bank details & create new vendor in SAP system, coordinate with external vendors and internally for AP/AR issues, check & approve staff expense claims/business trip claims, attend to employees’ enquiries etc.)
• Support business functions (handle service agreements, subscriptions for oil & gas reports, manage original BL handling & recording, manage company access cards and mobile WIFI, hotel booking for guests etc.)
• Support corporate affairs functions (company secretariat tasks, Board of Directors documentations, authority registrations in Australia etc.)
• Support compliance/internal control functions (internal and external audit for J-SOX, entertainment with public official applications, Security Trade Control Monitoring etc.)
• Other ad hoc assignments when necessary, including support for London Branch office, as instructed by General Manager or CAO;

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business/ Diploma in Accounting with at least 10 years of relevant working experience.
• Excellent in M/S WORD, EXCEL and OUTLOOK.
• Good interpersonal skills and communications skills
• Positive attitude with an open mind to embrace new challenges.
• Able to work independently and a good team player.
• Able to work under pressure in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
• Meticulous, good command in English language and good flair for numbers.

Customer Service Assistant

• Location: Bencoolen
• Working hours: Mon to Fri, 8.30am to 5:00pm
• Salary range: $2500 - $2800 + $80 Handphone Allowance + Contract Completion Bonus

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma holder with 1-2 years relevant experience
• With relevant customer service & admin experience
• This is a 1 year 6 months contract role, with opportunity to convert to permanent.

Responsibilities:

• Liaising and co-coordinating with customers on sales orders and enquiries
• Invoicing, P/O and D/O, purchasing / receiving
• Order processing
• Administration duties
• Supply chain management duties (back up)
