In this role, you will be essential in addressing technical support inquiries, setting up and maintaining network infrastructure, and collaborating with our support team to resolve issues efficiently. This is a full-time position based in Singapore.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Respond to technical support inquiries from vessels regarding computer, network, application, and connectivity issues.

· Set up and install computers, network infrastructure (up to L2), and software on shore for vessels.

· Collaborate with the support team to resolve cases remotely as needed.

· Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues.

· Maintain inventories of hardware and software.

· Assist with warehouse operations related to pickups, deliveries, and packing.

· Provide IT briefings to office personnel as required.

· Perform other IT tasks as assigned by the IT Manager.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

· Diploma holder in Information Technology, Information Systems or related fields

· At least 1 year of experience in a technical support role
