Job Description:

• Minimum 8 years of architectural experience with recognised Diploma in relevant field, and at least 5 years of experience in construction supervision for projects of similar scale and complexity in local context.

The IT Support Officer will ensure the integrity and stability of in-house ICT systems that support key organisational functions across the client business. This will be achieved through supporting, maintaining and optimising ICT software and hardware, desktop and printing, and local and enterprise applications and associated operating systems as required.

Reporting to the Regional IT Manager, the IT Support Officer will provide 1st and 2nd level frontline support and services for the client business – also expanding to Navitas’ group ICT operations and will be proactively involved in the support of the client’s LAN, hardware, server and client operating systems and applications.

This position is an IT Support Officer within the Navitas Global IT Team based at Curtin Singapore. This position will primarily be based at the specified home campus, but may be required to work at any Navitas facility and will involve some evening and weekend work and on-call support.

Overview and Objective of the Position

Award-winning medical device startup (GyroGear.co) has a single opening for a Logistics & Inventory Officer at our Singapore office. We are developing intelligent wearable devices to stabilise hand tremors for 200 million people globally.

The candidate must be able to effectively understand and address the needs and problems, and to do so with a small and focused team operating in a driven startup environment. The ultimate objective is to deliver a commercially successful GyroGlove within the coming year. Please note that this role may require occasional work on weekends and holidays to meet the needs of our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a Logistics & Inventory Officer whose responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Logistics Management
  • Plan, coordinate, and monitor the movement of goods from the warehouse to customers.
  • Collaborate with third-party logistics providers to optimize delivery schedules and routes.
  • Track shipments, manage documentation, and resolve shipping issues promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Inventory Management
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels using inventory management software.
  • Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
  • Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and order volume to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
  • Develop and implement strategies for efficient inventory turnover.
• Customer Packing and Shipping
  • Supervise the packing team to ensure products are packed securely and meet quality standards.
  • Develop packing guidelines to minimize damage during transit.
  • Monitor and improve packing workflows to reduce delays and maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with customer service teams to address delivery-related inquiries or complaints.
• Team Leadership
• Train and mentor staff in logistics and inventory best practices.
• Set performance goals and regularly review team output to ensure high standards.
• Foster a culture of safety, accuracy, and efficiency within the logistics team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3-5 years in logistics, inventory management, or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience in order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Zoho, or similar tools).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory and logistics.

Research Engineer

As part of National Semiconductor Translation and Innovation Center (NSTIC), the candidate will be involved in the development of heterogeneous integration process for realizing multi-functional photonic devices. The candidate will work closely with multidisciplinary team with diverse expertise.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and optimize die-to-wafer bonding process employing III-V semiconductor material, Lithium Niobate on Insulator (LNOI), and Si-based material platforms.
• Design of experiments (DOE) for various Die-to-Wafer (D2W) bonding methodologies.
• Liaise between design, fabrication, and testing teams to ensure smooth process integration and device fabrication.
• Metrology, data analysis, and documentation
• Present and discuss experimental data to the team

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, or equivalent.

We are looking for a dynamic and innovative assistant R&D Chef to assist & lead recipe development, ensure quality control, and oversee product approval processes. We now seek a Research Fellow to join the team of Prof. Ashok Venkitaraman. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a world-leading cancer researcher to undertake pioneering research on the role of genome instability in human carcinogenesis (eg., see Venkitaraman Science (2014) PMID:24675954 and Venkitaraman DNA Repair (2019) PMID:31337537).

The role will provide expertise in the establishment, genetic manipulation and maintenance of human and murine cell cultures, performance of animal work as well as design/ perform and analyse work within the project parameters.

Research:

design, perform and analyse work with mouse models
to carry out assigned molecular and cell biology experiments (i.e. cloning, FACS, western blotting, RNA, sequencing, microscopy) and perform analysis and determinations as tasked
