As an experienced IT Project Management Officer, you will oversee PMO activities for IT Production Services, supporting senior management with daily operations, tracking projects, and providing reports. You'll collaborate closely with senior managers and stakeholders, both locally and globally, ensuring smooth coordination. Main responsibilities

Reporting and Quality Assurance

• Propose and produce monthly dashboards for department activities and projects (Risk, Quality KPI, Alert, Planning, Budget)
• Build and implement a quality assurance framework to support ISAP transversal projects.
• Setup an adhoc governance for each and every topic/project to ensure a good coordination and follow-up with the main stakeholders

• Provide support on HR matters, ensuring hiring and onboarding are carried out smoothly
• Coordinate with Admin department for booking travel, supplies and office materials

Change, collaboration and process

• Take the lead to ensure the department alignment with CACIB / ISAP compliance, security rules and controls
• Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
• Facilitate project managers group sharing best practices and lessons learned across the department
• Initiate processes for transverse activities such as new joiner onboarding, compliance monitoring, etc.

Qualifications and Profile

Functional

Research Fellow Positions in Cultured Seafood Meat

The Department of Biological Sciences is seeking a highly-motivated Research Fellow to join our efforts in researching and developing Cultured Meat Products from economically important seafood and fish species. You will also be working in a highly interdisciplinary R&D environment under the auspice of the CRISP Meats Research Programme which is funded by a joint SFA/A*STAR research grant.

Key Research Duties and Developmental Roles:

• Identify and procure economically important seafood and fish species that are suitable for the development of permanent cell lines for the “Cultured Meat” Industry.
• Develop and optimize protocols for the establishment and maintenance of primary cell cultures, and their subsequent selection and eventual conversion into permanent stable cell lines from selected tissues (eg. muscle, liver, fins) from seafood and fish species. In addition, there will be efforts to develop embryonic and tissue-specific stem cell lines.
• Develop robust protocols for the differentiation of selected types of stem cells into terminally differentiated cells, and their finally assembly into “Cultured Meat”.
• Identify low-cost but highly effective replacements for Fetal Calf Serum. Engage in the formulation of low-cost culture media suitable for a wide array of non-mammalian species.

About the position

Understanding the pharmaco/nutrico/toxicokinetic behaviour of drugs, chemicals and food ingredients is a fundamental step in assessing the efficacy and safety of these materials. It can be challenging to study such substances directly in human subjects, while animal models lack direct translatability to humans due to inherent differences in species biology. One promising strategy is the use of physiologically-based pharmacokinetic (PBPK) modelling to predict the local tissue and systemic exposure of these substances. We have developed in-house in vitro and in silico tools to model chemical absorption, distribution, metabolism and excretion (ADME) in humans using data generated from in vitro assays. We apply these tools to predict pharmacokinetic profiles in different settings, ranging from oral or transdermal administration to studying special populations such as pregnant women, for a variety of substances including pharmaceuticals, food ingredients, environmental contaminants, essential micronutrients and microbial metabolites. These capabilities are further enhanced with state-of-the-art, enabling technologies such as the SHIME® intestinal digestion simulator and spatial mass spectrometry imaging.

The following tasks are expected of the candidate:

• Literature search to extract relevant ADME data for chemicals of interest
• Perform in vitro absorption, transporter, metabolism, fraction unbound and other related ADME assays
• Quantify membrane protein, metabolic enzyme and xenobiotic concentrations within biological samples using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC/MS/MS) instruments
• Integrate appropriate in vitro and in silico data into PBPK models to predict the ADME of chemicals
• Develop new and/or improve features of in-house models, including pharmacodynamic modelling
• Write scientific grant proposals, maintain laboratory notebooks, prepare scientific reports, presentations and manuscripts
