The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization

We are looking for HR Admin Officers who can help contribute to the smoothness of the daily HR operations, maintain accurate records, and supports the HR department in various administrative tasks. If you feel you are the right person for this role do send your resume to us!

Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
• Strong service excellence mindset

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Contract until Jan 2029
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Site Admin.
• Attend and handle request and feedback from the public.
• Maintain documentation record of all requests or complaints from residents.
• Attend to walk-in owners to answer any general query.
• Arrange for inspection and appointments.
• Update of weekly report.
• Tabulate monthly report for submission to HDB.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.
• Issue Purchase Order, Work Order etc.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in relevant discipline or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in related field is required.
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation to get tasks done independently.

Job Description

1. Maintaining general cleanliness of school compound, meeting rooms,

offices, staff rooms and classrooms which includes, floor sweeping,

mopping, clearing of rubbish, wiping and arranging of tables and

chairs.

2. Operating and maintaining general cleanliness and serviceability of

school equipment i.e. air purifiers, standing fans, Fire Extinguishers

etc.

3. Support by providing & preparing all logistical arrangement for school

events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture &

equipment.

4. Simple administrative and office work like distributing items to various

classrooms.

5. Escorting contractors working in school compound i.e. Pest Control,

Building works & repair, Aircon maintenance servicing & electrical

work.

6. Assist in the maintenance of school Facilities i.e. Receive

faults/damage report from teachers, co-ordinate with TC for repair,

monitoring repair progress and ensure safety measures are in place

during maintenance.

7. Assist in the day to day operations and functions of the school as

directed by School Leaders; Administrations & Operations Managers.

• Oversee procurement processes for projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to standards.
• Assess alternatives based on cost, quality, durability, and environmental impact.
• Source, purchase, and negotiate terms to ensure timely delivery.
• Issue and manage purchase orders, maintain cost databases, and generate procurement reports.
• Collaborate with logistics, service providers, and project teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Organize and maintain project-related documents like contracts and reports.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
• Process invoices, track vendor payments, and maintain expense records.
• Act as a contact point for internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any fields
• Minimum 1-2 years of purchasing experience in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel)
• Good Communication, negotiation, problem solving and sourcing skills
• Project admin experience in a plus point
