Working Hours

• Mondays to Fridays: 6.30am to 4pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break (42.5 hours work week).
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays.

Scope of Services

Key responsibilities include:-

1. Maintaining general cleanliness of school compound, meeting rooms, offices, staff rooms and classrooms which includes, floor sweeping, mopping, clearing of rubbish, wiping and arranging of tables and chairs.

2. Operating and maintaining general cleanliness and serviceability of school equipment i.e. air purifiers, standing fans, Fire Extinguishers etc.

3. Support by providing & preparing all logistical arrangements for school events and activities including carrying and arranging furniture & equipment.

4. Simple administrative and office work like distributing items to various classrooms.

5. Escorting contractors working in school compound i.e. Pest Control, Building works & repair, Aircon maintenance servicing & electrical work.

6. Assist in the maintenance of school Facilities i.e. Receive faults/damage report from teachers, coordinate with TC for repair, monitoring repair progress and ensure safety measures are in place during maintenance.

7. Assist in the day to day operations and functions of the school as directed by School Leaders; Administrations & Operations Managers

Qualification, Skill & Experience

The Personnel should preferably have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- A dynamic, dedicated and motivated individual that can complete tasks without close supervision.

- Primary school qualifications

. - Advantage to have some experience in logistics and facilities maintenance.

- No chronic medical problems with an acceptable level of fitness and without criminal records.

i. Monitor/manage feedback from multiple feedback channels (e.g.calls to contact centre, emails to public facing inboxes, as well as other digital and traditional platforms);

ii. Monitor and manage Authority’s contact centre;

iii. Manage and enhance Authority’s Customer Management System (CMS) by working closely with system vendor on the deployment of system enhancements by stipulated timeline;

iv. For cases handled by SQO, ensure that final replies are issued to feedback providers within the service timelines (See ANNEX C);

v. Respond to requests from operation divisions for vetting of replies within one working day;

vi. Submit monthly data analytics report on NParks and AVS overall case management performance for current month by the end of the next month;

vii. Implement any other Service improvement initiatives when assigned

Job Requirement :

Degree in mass communications, marketing, or related discipline;
