The Senior Laboratory Information System Officer (LISO) role provides technical and administrative information technology support to Laboratory Medicine and Pathology. viii. Provide training, competency assessment, and supervision of medical laboratory technologists and medical officers (where applicable).

ix. Write and review documents, including policies, work instructions, bench guides and forms.

x. Identify and trouble-shoot major issues, and make decisions on whether escalation to Head of Clinical Laboratory and Head of Service is required.

General

i. Perform duties in a professional manner, commensurate with academic and technical skills and training.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education, training and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Minimum of four years of working in a clinical laboratory, including leadership or supervisory positions

• Communicate and work closely with the various teams on the reception of customer orders, and liaise with the various customers accordingly on receipting/forecasting
• Input/Maintain data records using the company’s system for the various customers job orders
• Prepare the various customers’ account summary/statement and manage the invoicing process
• Address/Resolve the various customer concerns effectively and efficiently
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in telesales

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls
• Attend to customers' enquiries via hotline and emails
• Proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
• Achieve individual and team key performance indicators (KPI) set by the management
• Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess Call Centre / Customer Service experience

• A good team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Able to work on weekends

• Serve retail customers and advise them on various personal banking and financial products and services based on their needs
• Engage customers through branch banking touch points, tele-appointments, and/or outreach programs
• Provide Financial planning advices to the customers and identify suitable financial solutions offered by the bank to meet their financial goals
• Have a good understanding of the banking regulations and to adhere to the rules and guidelines when conducting businesses
