Requirements:

• Minimum education of ITE or 'O' levels; fresh graduates welcome. Experience in call centers, banking, or customer service is a plus.
• Positive mindset, strong communication skills, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be comfortable with shift work, including weekends and holidays.
