Job Description:

• Monitor, maintain and coordinate the operations of data centre electrical/ mechanical infrastructure and building monitoring systems.
• Conduct daily site inspections, record readings and data logging of data centre equipment to ensure proper operation and checklist verification.
• Provide 24X7 first level onsite response to any M&E incident accordingly to contractual obligation.
• Perform troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment malfunctions and perform ad-hoc repair as and when necessary.
• Report operations abnormality and perform escalation with follow-up on improvement plan promptly.
• Create quotation, work orders, coordinate vendor/supplier repairs/replacement on the data centre sites.

• Maintain and monitor the appropriate key performance indicators (KPIs) and external service level agreements (SLA's) to measure and improve onsite operations
• Oversee the execution of planned maintenance works performed by appointed vendors/subcontractors to ensure maintenance meets satisfactory level and are in accordance with the signed contract agreement.
• Provide onsite support to customer requests, incidents, can change and problem management activities.
• Manage and handle ticket management and queue monitoring.

• Recognized Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering acceptable for registration with the PE Board, Singapore.

Technical Officer (Location: East)

Responsibilities:

• Be part of Technical team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the serviceability of all systems and equipment

• Be technically proficient in all aspects of maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting the full range of systems and equipment (e.g. warehouse systems, material handling and automation systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging and inspection machines, washing machines, waste management systems, etc.) and other technical related knowledge

• Manage, perform and ensure all maintenance activities and repair works are timely follow- through according to the assignment, maintenance schedule, procedures, checklists, manufacturer recommendation and completed within the timeframe

• Manage, perform and ensure all technical purchase requisition of spare parts, contracts and services are in accordance to the Company policies and follow-through to support the maintenance activities

• Manage, communicate and work professionally with all stakeholders to minimize systems and equipment downtime

• Be proactive in resolving technical faults, contributing initiatives and continuous improvements

• Always observe and follow all Safe Work Procedures and Food Safety requirements

• Always ensure Safe Work environment by housekeeping of all work areas and report any safety hazards immediately

• Perform and support other relevant duties and projects assignments if required

• Requirements:

• Computer-literate and competent in using Microsoft office/outlook, SAP application and IT devices

• Competent in using industrial workshop equipment and welding tools

• Competent in reading technical drawings, documentation

Requirements:

• Physically fit with ability to carry heavy loads and work-at-height

• A motivated team player with strong qualities to lead and work in a challenging environment with tight timeline

• Able and willing to work in either office hours or rotating shifts, weekends and overtime if required

You will work closely with the Property Manager to provide excellent support to estate residents in executing daily estate inspections to ensure high quality standard of horticultural, maintenance and implement improvement works, including but not limited to the following:

• Certify completion of jobs undertaken by contractors and to make recommendation for payment thereof.
• To co-ordinate all consultancy works on maintenance matters performed by professional consultants and apply and obtain all necessary licenses and certificates from the relevant authorities where necessary.
• Responsible of investigate, check and analyze reported breakdowns and faults to determine their cause for the prevention of future occurrences.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Facilities Management Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance / Engineering or related fields with minimum 1 year of relevant experience. Experienced in Township management will be an added advantage.
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to speak Mandarin to interact with the residents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work beyond normal working hours (5-day work week) and on weekends/ PHs where required
• Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
