Duty Rooster Timing - To Be Discuss With Schedule Manager (Special Request Subject To Internal Approval - Else Default Timing as Norm)

(Usually Will Arrange You as Associate Officer(AO) to Pair Up With Another Front Line Technician (FLM).

For Daily Routine Duty Schedules, Nearby Your Staying Zone Area)

(Example: Staying @ Bedok - Deployment Live Tickets To Attend @ Geylang/Kallang /Tampines ATMs)

2) Talent Competency Wise

• No Academic Cert Required
• No Criminal Record - (A Must )
• No Bankruptcy Record - (A Must )
• With Readily Acquired Guard & Patrol Cert - Qualified To Start ASAP - (A Must)
• Need To Be Bonded For 3 Months Service Commitment with Company.
• Good To Have Class 3 Driving License. (As Bonus, Non-Mandatory)
• May Arrange to Attend 1 Day TOPSIS (Guard & Patrol) Course Before Actual Deployment - If Currently Still Don't Acquire It.
  

3) Escort Officer Job Scopes Duty Wise

• Perform Arming & Disarming Premises for FLM/SLM (First Line or Second Line Technician) to Service ATM Machines / Vendors to Carry Out Maintenances / IMAC Activities.
• Verify Physical ATM Machine ID, By Tallying with FLM/SLM Service Ticket Before Disarming Premises for FLM/SLM to Service ATM Machine.
• Check & Ensure No Consumable (Receipt Roll & Passbook Ribbon) Are Safekept Inside the Alarm Cabinet.
• Observe When FLM/SLM are Servicing ATM Machine & Ensure No Abnormality (Example: Theft & Mishandling) Happen/Occur During Servicing SOP.
• To Witness When FLM/SLM Counting Jammed Cash or Coins.
• Check & Verify TEbag Information Are Correct Include TEbag Is Proper Sealed & FLM Safekept the TEbag Inside the ATM machine.
• Perform “Tug and Pull” at the Top & Bottom of Machine Fascia Door, Make Sure Fascia Door Are Properly Locked, Before Arming Back the Premises.
• Avoid Public from Disturbing, When FLM/SLM are Servicing the ATM Machine.
• Perform Final Check at the Vicinity & Ensure No Service Equipment or TEbag Include Used Items Are Left Behind, Before Leaving the Scheduled Site.
• Do Not Lost & Take Good Care of Issued Items (Example: Pouch & Key) (Prioritize High Importance!!)
