• Conduct regular checks on security equipment like CCTV, access control systems, fire alarms, and extinguishers, immediately reporting any malfunctions.
• Handle emergency situations, including fire alarms, bomb threats, and any security breaches.
• Assist in organizing and facilitating fire drills and safety inspections, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.
• Lead regular inspections alongside the housekeeping service provider to ensure cleanliness standards are upheld.
• Track and address any cleaning deficiencies promptly to maintain the building’s aesthetic and hygiene.
• Conduct frequent checks on high-traffic areas such as lobbies, restrooms, and corridors, liaising with housekeeping to address any issues as they arise.

Job Requirements:

• Min 2 years of experience in building operations within commercial buildings.
• NITEC certification or higher in a relevant field of study.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a team-oriented approach to work.
• Ability to perform shift and standby duties, with a flexible and proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
