• This KYC Officer plays a crucial role in supporting the Client Onboarding team by facilitating the opening of new accounts and performing KYC reviews. This position requires close collaboration with AML, Compliance, ORM, Front Office, and Legal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Offer specialized guidance to Client Advisors on complex account structures and KYC/AML matters.
• Partner with Client Advisors to address all AML and KYC-related issues.
• Provide support and advice to Client Advisors to ensure KYC information aligns with company's Group standards.
• Supervise and track the KYC process, including managing upcoming and overdue KYC cases.
• Conduct training sessions for Front Office staff on legal documentation and KYC related topics.
• Enhance client risk assessments and prepare management reports to aid in risk management and improve control procedures.
• Familiarize with and implement the Bank’s global KYC/AML standards, account documentation guidelines, local regulations, and associated control processes.
• Identify and escalate operational, regulatory, and other risks to the appropriate line manager or functional leads, contributing to the development and execution of mitigation strategies.
• Participate in designing and implementing strategies in collaboration with Wealth Management COO and Change teams to enhance processes and drive performance improvements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Banking, Accountancy, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in operations, account documentation, risk management, or a similar role, with advanced AML/KYC expertise within the banking or financial industry.
• Proficient in understanding customer needs with an ability to build a strong knowledge base of the client portfolio.
• Demonstrates maturity and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective multitasker who thrives in a dynamic environment, values diversity, and completes assignments within tight deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills across all levels of the organization.

Be part of an exciting team working on cutting-edge advanced packaging process technologies. Participate in process development and integration solution to enable advanced packaging process technologies in the world of mobile, IoT, consumer and high-performance computing area. Partner and work with various teams from inside and outside of IME to help develop leading-edge packaging solutions for our customers, taking the solutions from concept to mass production. Responsibilities will include assisting in operations support in clean room to make sure projects are completed successfully and delivered on time.

This position is based in Singapore.

Responsibilities:

• Operate semiconductor equipment to perform processes, measurement, and inspection of wafers. (Include equipment setup, loading and unloading of wafers)
• Monitor basic equipment/process errors and perform recovery.
• Work with internal and external parties to align for tool time, execute process sequence and collect data to feedback to integration owner.
• Logistically transport wafer lots between equipment within cleanroom and between worksites.
• Identify and address potential areas for improvements such as cycle time, utilization, and cost.
• Perform chemical change/ top-up for equipment under supervision.
• Understand and follow all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements.
• The candidate may be required to perform shift work (Mon-Fri).

Experience:

• NITEC/ Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical Engineering

Pre-operative Issues

1. Monitor closely pre-operative patients seen in the wards and clinics on the outcomes of decisions for surgery.
2. Equip patients and their families with all the information they need regarding patient’s diagnosis, need for intervention and possible outcomes as guided by the clinicians.
3. Assist in the education of:

• Pre-operative investigations
• ICU orientation
• Medications
• Financial counselling and admission procedures

1. Ensure all appropriate investigations ordered are carried out before any surgical intervention.
2. Facilitate smooth workflow between cardiac clinic, cardiac lab, OT, CTICU, ward and other hospitals
3. Ensure all patients scheduled for surgery are booked into Optimized Operating Theatre Scheduling (OOTS).
4. As a patient and family liaison, be contactable during office hours.

Post-operative Issues

1. Inform and update patients’ families on patients’ progress and be a liaison between primary care team and patients’ progress.
2. Assist nursing staff and related allied health professionals in educating and facilitating the clinicians care plan.
3. Ensure that follow up appointments and post[1]discharge medical instructions are well informed to patient and patients’ families.
