The Challenge

• To carry out site supervision and inspection of the works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the works are constructed to require quality and accuracy.
• To monitor progress of the works on site and at any off-site manufacturing facilities and report delays immediately.
• To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team.
• To maintain proper and updated daily records of all works done, including records of tests, inspections, status of works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc.
• To check that contractor executes preliminaries items.
• To check services routes and contractor’s setting out and report any deviations to the consultant team.
• To verify reports and claims submitted by contractors.
• To record all variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.
• To attend to contractor’s queries and co-ordinate works of main contractor and direct contractors
• Scope of work: Fuel tank/ Basement ERSS RTO Supervision Services.

Requirement

• Recognised Diploma in Civil/Structural Engineering with a valid RTO Cert
• At least 10 years experience in supervising building projects
• Preferably with past experiences supervising ERSS
• Fully conversant with Building Control Act and Regulations
• Able to start work by 1st week of Dec 2024
• Contract duration around 5 months
• Work location : 5 Pasir Ris St 51
• Able to work 6 day work week (Mon to Sat)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide receptionist duties at front counter
• •Ensure accuracy of clinical data entry into computer system
• •Able to apply basic patient care
• •Maintain filling system, coordinate appointments and other admin duties
• •Liaise with various insurance company and make payment arrangement
