Job Responsibilities

• Processing of Inward and Outward Remittances
• Processing of Inward and Outward Cheque Clearing
• Handling of physical cash deposits and withdrawals
• Time deposits Placement and withdrawals
• Timely and accurate validation of clients’ instructions via call backs
• Answering to queries pertaining to Remittances
• Perform Customer Due Diligence (CDD) for Remittances Customers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in remittances operations
• Familiar with SWIFT system and SWIFT messages MT103 and MT202
• Familiar with AML/CFT requirements and able detect any suspicious transactions
• Ability to work independently and has a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Good team player with good communication and people skills

Responsibilities

1. Processing of data using in-house system.
2. Processing of documents and receipts.
3. Checking and verifying records.
4. Liaising with associates in verification of details.
5. Handling incoming calls, enquiries and emails.
6. Handling enquiries on payment.
7. Processing of commission payment using in-house system.
8. Assisting in ad-hoc administrative duties when required.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE “O" level with administrative experience.
2. Meticulous and has good interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in MS Excel/Word.
4. Positive attitude and willing to learn.
5. Able to interact effectively with people at all levels and be a team player.
6. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately or within short notice.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, the Reservations Officer carries out Room Sales via telephone or correspondences, ensuring that all information furnished to guests are accurate and appropriate. He/she will ensure that all data entry into systems are error free.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all correspondence are replied within 24 hours.
• Ensure prompt and accurate answering of all incoming calls within 3 rings.
• Suggest appropriate or ideal package to guests according to the information that was provided.
• Ensure that all follow-up are done promptly and efficiently.
• Upsell wherever possible.
• Ensure that all bookings are retrieved and entered into PMS within the same day.
• Ensure that all daily reports are printed promptly.
• Ensure that daily tasks of no-show, traces, missing correspondence and car transfer reports are followed up promptly and efficiently.

Key Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in hotel industry (any department)
• Good computer skills
• Fluent in English (Written and Spoken)
• Excellent telephone etiquette

Responsibilities:

• Gardening works (i.e. watering plants and clearing debris in drains) at rooftops.
• Cleaning works in the building
• Repair works in the building
• Handing and taking over of tenants’ premises in the building.
• Fire Drill and Emergency Response Plan.
• Ad-hoc Beer Tech machine servicing
• Any other ad hoc works as requested by superior.
