Job Responsibilities:

The Technical Officer is responsible for providing technical services for Glamco and our clients’ systems. The Technical Officer shall support the Technical Team but not limited to the following:

- Ensure project and maintenance SLA (Service Level Agreement) and customer satisfaction levels are met

- Any other technical or operations related duties that may be required allocated by Project Manager / System Engineer

Requirements

Qualification and work experience includes:

One postdoc position is available at the Surface and Interface Lab in Prof. CHEN WEI’s group, National University of Singapore. The successful candidate will work with Prof CHEN Wei on Interface Engineering for artificial neuromorphic electronics under a project on “Interface Controlled 2D Devices and Solid-State Batteries".

This project aims to advance the field of photon-modulated organic electrochemical transistors (OECTs), with a particular focus on photon-modulated electrochemical doping systems for flexible OECTs. This research is critical for advancing OECT-based circuits in bioelectronics, wearable electronics, and artificial neuromorphic electronics (e.g., optoelectronic synapses). A postdoctoral researcher is sought to contribute to this cutting-edge research, which lies at the intersection of organic semiconductors, materials science, and electrochemistry. The successful candidate will engage in the synthesis of channel-layer materials, the investigation of photoresponsive mechanisms and interfacial electrochemical processes, as well as the development of flexible organic optoelectronic synapses for applications in physiological signal monitoring and related fields.

Qualifications / Discipline:

- The candidates shall obtain PhD or submit PhD thesis in Chemistry or Materials in a research intensive and renowned University or Research Institute. The candidate shall publish a few papers on top journals.

Receive, unload, and process deliveries and account for incoming freight based on invoice and receiving reports. Stage merchandise by department, mark appropriately for placement in facility, and deliver merchandise to appropriate department. Verify and track received inventory and complete inventory reports and logs. Reconcile shipping invoices and receiving reports to ensure count accuracy. Receive, store, ship, and deliver incoming and outgoing department packages and mail. Secure the receiving room and its contents, ensuring safekeeping of packages. Follow all national, state, and local hazardous material shipping guidelines and regulations. Ship all out-going mail and packages. Verify quantity and condition of packages upon receipt prior to delivery to guest. Communicate with guest regarding received packages. Maintain accurate tracking system on all shipping and receiving transactions, including receiving guest signatures for received packages. Communicate with proper management regarding any loss or damage with packages.

Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets. Address guests' service needs in a professional, positive, and timely manner. Speak with others using clear and professional language; answer telephones using appropriate etiquette. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others. Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print). Job Responsibilities:

• Be part of Technical team responsible for maintaining and ensuring the serviceability of all systems and equipment at ICC 1 & 2

• Be technically proficient in all aspects of maintaining, repairing and troubleshooting the full range of ICC systems and equipment (e.g. warehouse systems, material handling and automation systems, refrigeration systems, kitchen equipment, packaging and - inspection machines, washing machines, waste management systems, etc.) and other technical related knowledge

The Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands is seeking a seasoned, all-rounded communications professional with a proven track record. The communication officer is responsible for raising awareness about the Netherlands, and the Embassy, in Singapore and Brunei. C. DUTIES

The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) is the first point of contact for vessels arriving into the port and processes all necessary formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry and departure of ships assigned. He/She ensures full compliance to statutory formalities and factual declarations. The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) identifies bottlenecks to propose improvements to the organisation's workflow and assists with its subsequent implementation.

The Boarding Officer/Ship Agent (Operations) is expected to establish good relationships with the Ship Captain and Chief Engineer of the ship, and is an organised person who is able to juggle the demands of paperwork and on-site work. He/She may be expected to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships, and cope with unanticipated events and tight work schedules.

· Acquire and allocate resources to support operations.

· Attend at sites to monitor cargo loading and unloading operations.

· Handle cargo documentations, invoices and inwards shipment.
