Roles and Responsibility:

1. To assist project manager in managing construction projects in industrial /residential sectors

2. To assist project manager in managing client ,consultants , subcontractors and peers in project delivery context

3. To be responsible for progress reporting

Skill & Certification

5. Attained Degree or diploma is construction disciplines

6. Attained Safety Course for project manager certificate

7. Proficient in project Microsoft project

8. Proficient in autocad software

9. Min 1 to 3 years experience in construction industry.

Job Description & Requirements

Control and monitor work progress and ensure work quality.

· Responsible for working closely with project team and resolving technical issue

· Responsible for coordination and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants

· Prepare and compile related report

· Attend site meetings

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements:

· Engineering or Civil / Structural Engineering Diploma / Equivalent

· Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience

· Carry out project planning, scheduling, cost control
