Job Scope:

Software Development

• Design, Develop and Maintain device drivers for Windows Operating Systems
• Undertake WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.
• Design, Develop and Maintain User Libraries and DLLs.
• Participate in all phases of SDLC and prepare corresponding documentation
• Undertake porting and maintenance of existing drivers to new frameworks and OS’s
• Resolve defects reported by internal and external customers
• Collaborate with USB host & device firmware development teams.

Job Requirement:

• Degree/Master’s in computer science/Engineering or related field.
• 5 years or above experience in the area of device drivers development, preferably USB
• In-depth understanding of WDM and KMDF frameworks, multi-threading and DLLs
• Excellent C Programming Skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor the machines and company equipments operational performance and condition
• Conduct preventive maintenance to machine and company equipments as per schedule
• Review and update all existing machine maintenance documents
• Prepare and design the spare parts for machines and company equipments
• Report any unsafe conditions and practices to Production Manager
• Assist of production and purchasing department of manufacturing / purchasing spare parts
• Monitor spare parts stock level and raising purchase order
• Managing, delegating and training the maintenance group
• Involve in the implementation and continuous maintenance of HSE Management System
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Production Manager

• Ensure maximized machine uptime
• Ensure planned preventive maintenance is carried out effectively to minimize machine down time

About the role
As Process Engineer, you will be responsible for driving continuous improvements and enhancing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. This contract role is based in the Boon Lay West Region and offers a competitive salary of up to $4100.

Job Descriptions:

• Assist Engineering Department during development phase
• Design tooling and gauges during product development phase
• Draft out process sheet and “P” Chart for production use
• Assist plant during trial run and conduct process capability study with QC staff
• Conduct OJT for production staff
• Adhere to good housekeeping practice at all times
• Adhere to safety regulations
• Ad hoc task given by Managers

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Able to troubleshoot problem during trial run
• Possess in basic CNC Machine skill, application of the type cutting tools and basic knowledge of CNC programming
• Ability to work as a team
• Keen interest in outdoors testing
• Basic skill of Cad system
