Electrical and Control Design Engineer

Job Summary:

• The Electrical Controls Design Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for various electrical machines. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, control systems, and a deep understanding of machine operations. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop machines control systems, with motion controller, robot, PLCs, HMIs, and servo drives.
• Create detailed electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings.
• Program and configure control systems to meet specific project requirements.
• Source and select control components based on project specifications.
• Execute control system setup, including IO system configuration, servo and step drive setup, and axis tuning.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of control theory, electrical circuits, and automation.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC).
