What will you do?

· Consulting and partnering with our clients to help them develop high performance solutions to advance their industry position

· Identifying strategic operational issues and performance gaps

· Designing comprehensive new target businesses and technology architectures, operating models and processes, and leveraging digital capabilities to shape major transformation journeys

· Building business cases and implementation roadmaps to help activate the defined client transformation programmes

· Delivering major complex client transformation from on business, technology, architecture and programme management perspectives

· Lead internal organisation building activities as a mentor and role model to the team to support a high performing thriving consulting practice

· Support business development / selling activities to originate, shape and create winning proposals for our clients

Job Requirement

Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

· At least 5-7 years of industry/ consulting experience

· Deep domain knowledge in at least one of the following:

o Banking

o Wealth

o Capital Markets

o Payments

· Deep experience delivering business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating model, business analysis, platform implementations.

· Deep experience engaging and managing diverse senior stakeholders (Business/ IT heads, C-suites) to deliver tangible business outcomes/goals

· Excellent communicator, able to speak both business and technology lingo comfortably

· Must have deep experience managing and leading teams to execute project implementations across a range of project types for example, business strategy, blueprinting, process improvements, operating model, business analysis, platform implementations.

· Demonstrated strong project management in navigating complex projects/delivery environments, managing medium sized teams/direct reports

· Keen knowledge and experience in Waterfall and/or Agile Methodologies (ITIL, Scrum, etc. would be an advantage)

· Experience working through organizational change, developing, and implementing creative solutions.

· Experience with shaping/structuring /sales/selling new deals is a major plus point

What will you do?

Digital Risk and Compliance (DRC) / Risk, Regulation & Compliance (RR&C) professionals transform the risk and compliance management function from a series of isolated transactions to one of strategic scope and importance, encompassing all aspects of the entity, including investment, financing and operating decisions.

Engagement Management

· Manage project work or selected work streams in DRC/RR&C service line

· Supervise a project team in all components of strategy and governance, process excellence and integration, regulatory reform, performance insights and execution

· Assist clients throughout the full lifecycle of project implementation, integration business process redesign, communication and training, etc

· Work with client's business units, including Compliance, Risk Management, IT, Internal Audit, Legal, Strategic Planning, Analytics and Finance to gain thorough understanding of the corporate risk processes and procedures development

· Identify, define and document complex business specifications for risk platforms and procedures

Job Qualifications

· Experience within a consulting and banking firm.

· Min of 7 years of relevant work experience in any of the areas below:

o Enterprise risk management with deep understanding of risk governance, operating model, risk identification and assessment processes

o Risk data analytics and reporting

o Implementation of IRM/GRC tools

o Control design, testing, optimization and automation

o Operational resilience and business continuity

o Third party risk management

o Technology risk framework design, implementation and risk assessment

o Data quality and governance

· Proven track record in project delivery and change management

· Excellent communications skills, and proficiency in MS suite, particularly Powerpoint.
