The Community Manager we are seeking will be a pivotal architect of this vision. Job Description
(A) Relationship Management
- Identify and cultivate potential strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and community leaders
- Develop and maintain a robust network of professional contacts
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements and collaborations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external partners and stakeholders
(B) Partnership Development
- Identify potential partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals
- Conduct due diligence on potential partners
- Develop and present partnership proposals
- Track and report on partnership ROI and impact
- Manage partner onboarding and ongoing relationship management
(C) Strategic Planning
- Align partnership, community and social impact strategies with overall organisational objectives
- Develop comprehensive partnership roadmaps, programmes and initiatives
- Track and report on partnership performance metrics
- Identify new opportunities for community growth and collaboration
- Conduct regular market research to understand community trends and needs
- Monitor and analyze feedback and sentiment
(D) Communication and Outreach
- Craft compelling communication materials for partners and community members
- Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and community gatherings
- Develop and maintain strong communication channels across various platforms
- Create engaging content to promote community involvement
- Manage social media and digital platforms for community interaction
(E) Operations and Facility Management
- Oversee operations and manage physical infrastructure of curated real estate sites
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance protocols and schedules
- Manage facility upgrade and renovation projects
- Design and implement facility utilization strategies and develop performance tracking for facility usage
- Create inclusive sports and social programming
Required Qualifications:
- Tertiary degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in community management, partnership development, sports management or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong networking capabilities and Project management experience
- Unique personal sporting, adventure and community experience will be a plus
