Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. About the Job

You shall assist your immediate Manager to oversee, support and ensure the apt delivery of high-quality care and service to meet the diverse needs of the children and youth (residents) under your purview. • Ensure Credit Reviews are completed as per SLA.
