Position Overview
Treasuris Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong networking skills, and the ability to create and implement strategic structures to improve company sales. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and enhance the company’s market presence.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and Revenue Generation
· Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
· Identify potential clients and business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
· Actively pitch Treasuris Advisory’s services, including incorporation, business migration, work pass applications, grants, bookkeeping, and other accounting solutions.
· Conduct client meetings, presentations, and proposals to close deals.
· Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet or exceed targets.
2. Business Development and Market Expansion
· Research and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and target industries.
· Expand the company’s client base by building relationships with SMEs, startups, and multinational corporations.
· Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs.
· Represent Treasuris Advisory at industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to enhance brand visibility.
3. Structuring and Improving Sales Processes
· Create and implement structured sales processes to streamline lead generation, follow-ups, and client onboarding.
· Develop and maintain a CRM system to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines.
· Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team and monitor progress.
· Provide regular reports and insights to management on sales performance and market trends.
4. Client Relationship Management
· Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients.
· Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional services to existing clients.
5. Collaboration and Team Leadership
· Work closely with marketing, operations, and service delivery teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
· Provide guidance and training to junior staff or sales team members to improve their performance.
· Collaborate with management to develop pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
