A Butler Supervisor plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the Butler team, filled with purpose in actions to contribute and deliver experiences that are astounding and superlative. Primary Responsibilities

Executes Core Tasks

• Appoints shift in-charged in running of daily operations, provides strong supervision and support towards floor Butlers to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Inspects all VIP arrival suites, conduct checks on in-house suites, resident engagement and ensures presence at departure.
