• Supervise opening, operating and closing procedures.

• Prepares ingredients by following recipes;slicing, cutting, chopping, mincing, stirring,whipping, and mixing ingredients; adding seasonings; verifying taste; plating meals.

• Completes hot meal preparation by grilling,sautéing, roasting, frying, and broilingingredients and assembling and refrigerating cold ingredients.

• Adheres to proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures;maintains temperature and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) logs as required and maintains appropriate dating, labelling and rotation of all food items.

• Contributes to daily,holiday and theme menus in collaboration with supervisor.

• Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage, and work areas.

• Completes cleaning according to daily and weekly schedules and dishwashing/pot washing.

• Listens to customer complaints and suggestions and resolves complaints.

• Implements suggestions within parameter of position and refers more complex concerns to supervisor.

• Participates in and/or contributes to programs,committees, or projects designed to improve quality of service and employee productivity.

• Maintains clean work areas, utensils, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Project Team to ensure that the projects are completed according to project plans and schedules
• Able to estimate the scope of work (Cost and Man-hours)
• Prepare inspection and final work completion reports
• Ensure preservation of equipment is carried out as per project requirements and well-maintained as per individual maintenance schedules
• Supervise site inspection and resolve site matters pertaining to the project, sub-contractors work and progress of work
• Prepare Site Progress Report and Manpower Planning
• Liaise with contractors for site delivery, installation and testing
• Responsible for the coordination of all project site activities
• Oversee daily manpower deployment
• Execute site inspection and work discussion
• Assist and support Project manager in handling and monitoring the progress of projects
• Ensure the implementation of quality and safety procedures & policies, production reliability & efficiency

Site Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train on-site contractors in proper installation procedures, including types of products, materials, and techniques, and jobsite safety
• Keep accurate project records, including daily logs of hours worked, materials used, and materials used
• Maintain and repair tools and equipment, including vehicles
• Manage jobsite consumables, such as tape, ladders, and plastic sheeting, and keep project sites clean and tidy
• Perform inspections of units completed by contractors and subcontractors, comparing installation methods and materials with specifications, and remedy deficiencies
• Oversee project closeout, including project documentation and certifications, and review of contractor and subcontractor pay applications
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business administration, or related field
• 2+ years’ proven experience supervising multiple projects, including new and remodeled units
• Knowledge of construction methods and technologies, and ability to interpret technical drawings and contracts
• Knowledge of building code requirements and scheduling
