Job Requirement

• Minimum with Food & Beverage/Hospitality Management Certificate or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience as a Restaurant Manager or Restaurant General Manager in the Fine-Dining F& B Industry.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations management from Front of House (FOH)
• Highly organised with strong analytic and communication skills.

Duties Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor:

• Collaborate with the commissioning team to inspect, test, and repair equipment as needed.
• Support maintenance work planning and scheduling alongside the engineer.
• Assign and track individual tasks, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
• Maintain adequate inventory of tools, supplies, and parts for effective equipment repairs.
• Perform mechanical fitting tasks, including alignment, grinding and cutting.
• Servicing, repairing, and overhauling equipment such as pumps and blowers when required.

Requirements
