Job Description

• Position Title: Project Coordinator cum Supervisor (Steel Fabrication)
• Working Location: Simei
• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 8 am – 7 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $3,600 + VB
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple aspects of site projects, from coordination to execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, the production team, and the office staff to ensure seamless project execution across all stages.
• Responsible for the detailed planning of job tasks and efficient scheduling of workers at various sites to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain accurate Bill of Quantities (BQ), ensuring all materials and work are accounted for and budgeted correctly.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings related to steel fabrication.
• Perform precise site measurements to ensure project specifications are met.

• Possess a Class 3 Driving License
