• Min. 2 years of Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or bakery environment.
• Strong leadership and effective communication.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and solve problems effectively.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items when necessary.

• Lead a team up to 5paxs and above of retail staffs for day to-day sales and operations duties
• Plan duty roster and sales targets (Scheduling/Roster)
• Deliver good customer service in fast paced environment
• Maintain Visual Display and Merchandising of retail store according to company’s standard
• Guide staff on POS and Cashiering transaction
• Conduct on-the-job training and customer service training for the retail staff
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in retail industry will be an added advantage
• Have positive attitude and with passion in retail
• Like interacting with customers and have an eye for details
• Good Interpersonal and communications skill
• Able to multitask and work under pressure
• Able to start work at short notice

40 Hours Per Week, 5 days Work Week (Rotating Shift From Monday-Sunday)
