· At least 2 years of relevant experience in a preschool setting, preferably in a senior teacher/supervisory/leadership role

WORKING HOURS

9.5-hours shift between 7am to 7pm (Mon to Fri)

Works closely with all staff members and merchandise coordinator to maintain all visual standards

Take on a leadership role with Professional Sales Associates and assist with store opening and closing

Collects and compiles data to identify opportunities for service improvement

Maintain clienteling standards set forth by the Store Manager and District Manager

Displays business acumen by explaining KPIs to associates, helping them contribute to store goals

Leads by example, enjoys selling and client development

Displays problem solving abilities, taking action when necessary

Reflects the brand style, key looks and dress code

Displays a customer focus by being an effective salesfloor leader

- Oversee a team of cooks, servers, and kitchen employees to ensure that the business is operating efficiently

- Check and record the inventory of ingredientl. Ensure supplier provide the freshes ingredient.

- Provide employees with training on food preparation and safety procedures.

- Establish employee schedules, including the hiring of new employees when necessary.

- Regularly inspect the premises for cleanliness and maintenance issues.

- Ensure that all employees are working efficiently and monitoring their attendance rates.

- Enforce food safety and sanitation policies by performing regular inspections of facilities and employees.

- Follow all food safety regulations regarding food preparation, storage, handling, and serving.
