What you will do:

• You will be responsible for program planning and tracking, focusing on regular and timely delivery of value to end customers

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Combination of education and 7+ years of work experience will be considered
• 5+ years of Program/Project Management experience working directly with multiple agile ML ops teams
• Extensive experience with the toolset and technology specific to the GenAI projects, including but not limited to machine learning frameworks, natural language processing tools, and AI-driven analytics platforms.
• Experience working on or building MLOps platforms is highly preferred.

Supervising and motivating the team, handling escalated customer issues and optimizing One Connect performance to meet or exceed established goals.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all incoming calls from guests and ensure prompt, courteous and accurate responses to their inquiries, requests and concerns
• Resolve escalated issues efficiently and provide appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirement:
