• Lead and coordinate annual stock take process
• Coordinate and compile incentive reports, and training programs
• Display strong business acumen, analyze business results, identify business trends, and maximize sales generation potential
• Ensure operational excellence across all outlets
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Studies related field
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Operation Management
• Passionate in Retail and able to engage with different level of stakeholders
• PC literate, knowledge in POS system
