• Possess Minimum a Certificate in Building Supervision or relevant discipline
• Experience in HDB BSC Operation would be an advantage
• Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters)

Roles & Responsibilities

· Prepare, cook, western, Japanese cuisine or izakaya

· Ensuring that all food is of excellent quality and served in a timely manner.

· Planning the menu, keeping in mind budget, and availability of seasonal ingredients.

· Overseeing all kitchen operations.

· Coordinating kitchen staff and assisting them as required.

· Training staff to prepare and cook all the menu items.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of lift technicians, managing general lift matters
• Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Plan and execute regular and preventive maintenance schedules for all lifts to ensure their reliable and safe operation.
• Oversee general repair and maintenance tasks, addressing any queries related to lift operations.
• Attend to lift breakdowns promptly, troubleshooting equipment faults and carrying out preventive and corrective actions.
  Perform inspections and testing of lifts to ensure they meet operational and safety standards.
• Supervise external contractors during lift upgrading and improvement works, ensuring they adhere to safety standards and complete work to specifications.
• Plan for lift upgrading projects, coordinating with relevant stakeholders and ensuring minimal disruption to lift services.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc tasks or issues related to lift operations and maintenance as directed by the Section Head.
