The Regional Sales Head plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth across south Asia, southeast Asia and middle east by developing and executing effective sales strategies. This position focuses on market expansion, establishing key partnerships with financial institutions, corporates, and suppliers, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious revenue growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Strategy Development.

• Research market trends and analyze competitor performance to develop effective sales strategies tailored to south Asia, southeast Asia and middle east.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Leverage senior-level relationships within the ecosystem, including financial institutions, FinTechs, and corporates, to promote our business model and technology.

Sales Leadership and Performance Management

• Work in line with KPIs and targets set out by executives, ensuring alignment with broader company objectives.

• Monitor team performance, provide actionable feedback, and foster a high-performing sales culture.

Business Development

• Drive new business acquisition through proactive engagement and relationship building.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with internal teams, to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables. Compliance knowledge is a must, ensuring all business activities align with regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Relationship Management roles within sectors such as Trade Financing, Corporate/Investment Banking, B2B FinTechs, or Factoring.
• In-depth understanding of trade finance, supply chain financing, and associated products and services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing sales teams, setting team targets, and driving performance improvement.
• Solid knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks in the financial and trade sectors.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to manage deliverables across cross-functional teams.
• Established relationships with key stakeholders in the financial and trade ecosystem, including financial institutions, large corporates and suppliers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet revenue and market share targets for corporate, group, MICE, and other key segments.

Schedule & Hours:

As Indoor Sales Executive (CCTV), you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of CCTV products and solutions to customers, both through direct interaction and by managing inbound inquiries

Job Descriptions:

• Proactively reach out to existing and new customers through phone, email and in-person interactions to understand their CCTV needs, while also managing inbound sales inquiries and following up on leads to drive conversions
• Provide expert advice on product specifications, features, and benefits to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent follow-up and excellent customer service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities
• Prepare, present, and deliver sales presentations, proposals, Deal Registrations for salespersons and quotations to showcase the CCTV product range and its features to customers
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and provide excellent pre- and post-sales customer support, including follow-up assistance to ensure a positive customer experience
• Collaborate with the marketing team to drive lead generation, develop effective sales strategies and implement promotional materials and campaigns
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding sales target set by the management to contribute to the overall growth of the business

Job Requirements:

• Min. 2 years of experience in similar sales role, preferably in the CCTV or security system industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers with excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to understand CCTV technical product specifications and convey them to customers clearly
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated with a results-driven attitude and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to communicate Mandarin effectively as the incumbent requires to liaise with Chinese-speaking stakeholders/counterparts for work or project related matters
